The marketplace
Omg, just a quick wtf. Anyone else having issues getting there magic box to behave? I'm trying to get my marketplace updated from the move still and its being a pain in the arse.
My inner neko tried to sneak out
So there I was with creator's block when I decided to take a break & giggle at the cats on the lolcats website I saw a picture of some kitties playing on a cat tree. It looked fun so I decided to make one in world for a friend of mine who likes to be neko. It kind of evolved from there, lol. So now I have 5 versions of my new Neko Playhouse. What do you think? Griefer attack and a new mermaid kit
So we had our first griefer attach in the new location on Monday. He was sneaky too. No particle bombs for this jerk. Instead he moved tons of things around all over the place. I had renters sending me upset ims. To stop him I turned rezzing to group only which I hated to do but I didn't really have a choice. People have suggested I turn off scripts too but then my dance balls and 7seas fishing don't work. For now I'll leave scripts running and see what happens. Almost everything is back in place though I haven't been able to get a hold of a few of my renters. I did send note cards out to them all but with SL who knows if they got them right?
As you can probably tell I'm a little behind on my blogging and such but plan to remedy that right now. I've added some new decor to the mermaid cove including a nifty new dance floor by Mayah Parx of The Epic Toy Box. This week I came out with my 4th mermaid kit called the Scroll Mermaid. And

Eternal Creativity has moved!
Hi,
This is an important note to let everyone know that I have moved Eternal Creativity to a new sim. All my renters will keep the time they have paid for. I will also give all current renters & all new renters who pay for at least a week a free week on their rentals to help with the transition period. The new location is now open & the old location is done. Come on over, check us out at the new store, & don't forget to check out the brand new mermaid cove under the store!

This move is motivated by many things, with the major one being the horrible lag issues where we were. The new space is on a 1/4 of a sim so I will be expanding things quite a bit & hopefully making them better for everyone. We will be able to host events, dances, contests, and such now too.
If you have any comments, suggestions, opinions, compliments, need/want anything, or whatever please feel free to send me a notecard at any time. I'm happy to knock out walls & adjust rent amounts for more prims/space to fit your needs also.

04-24-2011 Toes in the steam
So I thought about doing an Easter themed something in honor of Easter but then storms knocked out our power and I couldn't use my computer. So today's new release isn't holiday themed. It might be a nice break from all the holiday hullabaloo for some of you though.
I've been flirting with steam punk ideas for a while & finally decided to stick a toe in to test the waters. I created steam punk-esk wall textures. They aren't so steam punk you can't use them for anything else though. I purposely kept them tamer than I really wanted too since I sell the majority of my things full perm. Its a thin line between too plain to be wanted & too detailed to be personalized. A more detail set might come later if this set goes over well.

04-12-2011 Skyboxes
Today I put out another skybox & lowered the price on all of the ones I have done so far to only 50L. The new one is called Dark Fantasy Forest sky box. It measures 30x30x20 and is no mod/no copy/no trans. Get lost in your own dark fantasy as white, glowing particles dance around you.

Today was one of my bff's birthday in RL & SL and we spent most of the day trying not to get sunburned & corralling the kiddos while we interjected commentary on the guys' ongoing conversation regarding different anime. They've been trying to help me decide what to recreate from which one next.
It got up to 80 something for the high & will head back down to the 30s for the low, lol! Both of us are trying to find ways to keep our poor 'puters from over heating since we only have window a/c units. Mine is being even more pissy than usual. It always grumbles a bit but I'm also know for having Gimp, SL, Blender, Firefox, and a few other random programs all going in tandem, hehe.
I played around most of the day though I did manage to sneak in a few minutes of work here & there. Can you say work-o-holic? It is all good though 'cause I love what I do even when I feel like chucking my 'puter out the door. I plan to buckle down tonight and finish at least one thing I've started. I've been toiling away on my first full perm shoe sculptie kit & learning Blender better as I go. Here is a preview of the shoe I've been working on:
I've also got some not full perm jewelry in the works. Did you know that I make jewelry in RL? It is one of the main reasons a friend invited me to SL in the first place. There is just so much to do there! I love it! I'm off to go work for now.
